Founding Committee
The Founders are responsible for overlooking the running of the Agency; they are the ones that are In Command of Interpol. Founders create and approve policies, update current rules and regulations that will further benefit Interpol in general. They are also in charge of the entire Elective Team of Interpol. Moreover, they manage the Interpol website and Portal and provide updates when necessary. Founders are responsible for giving Interpol a fresh new look by designing and changing the base layout from time to time. Furthermore, they supervise the Trial Electives and give them admin work e.g.. Badge Admin, Reward Badge Admin and Room Rights for HQ, THW and Training rooms. Founders are also in charge of handling the Interpol finances.
Founder's Representatives
The Founders Representative represents the Founders if they are unavailable, they manage and help around the HQ making sure the HQ operations are going smoothly . They generally oversee all the affairs in Interpol. They also provide assistance in maintaining the Interpol website and portal. They will provide support in supervising the Trial Electives in giving Interpol Admin works ex. Badge admins, Reward Badge admins and Room rights for HQ, THW and Training rooms.
Trial Foundation
Trial Foundation members undergo a trial in order to ensure that they are active enough before serving as an official Founder’s Rep. They help around in HQ and make sure that the operations run smoothly. They provide suggestions and support the Foundation team in supervising the Elective team and giving feedback. They also provide support in supervising the Trial Electives in giving Interpol Admin works Ex. Badge admins, Reward badge admins, and Room Rights for HQ, THW and Training Rooms.
Executives
The Executive division is the First in Command of Interpol and they are required to work closely with the Founders and Founders representatives in making sure the HQ operations are going smoothly. Executive members have variety in their roles, which depends on the area that they will be assigned by the Founders and the Founder Representatives. They are also assigned to one affair team each, which they are expected to oversee. They are to monitor the activity of the entire elective team’s activity. The Executives are trusted with many responsibilities which includes but not limited to – Badge Admin, Portal Admin, Room Rights in various official Interpol rooms, etc. Thus, they are expected to assist the members with any request they may have. This division is mainly divided into two ranks namely, Executive Official and Executive Committee. Both the roles play and share the same rights and power. Executive Official members are those 1iC’s that aspire to be part of the Foundation team in Interpol soon!
Presidential
The presidential team must communicate with and cooperate with Interpol’s base activity. They make sure the base activity is turned on (more people). They must try to be a pleasant presence in the agency. They can also help in a variety of ways, such as volunteering at the base and filling station, motivating others who work at the filling station, or working. Ensure that people’s working hours are shifting, and that they will also assist a few director roles in determining what work requires assistance.
The Chief of Staff will work with the Secretary of Personnel, the Director of Standards, and the Director of Development to figure out ways to make Interpol a fun environment for everyone. The Chief of Staff will assist in conducting surveys on how members feel, and implement ways to improve on areas that need working on.
The Chief of Education & Learning oversees the Secretary of Leadership by working alongside them, Director of Command, the Director of OOA, and the LS management team. Duties that the Chief of Education will do it give output on creating tasks, help the Secretary and Directors mark tasks, gather input from other LS members as to what kind of tasks they like to do, and their overall morale of Leadership and OOA as a whole. From here, the Chief of Education and Learning will conduct a report and send it to Foundation to discuss further options as to what to do. The Chief of Education and Learning also Oversees the Trial iC Committee by being overseer for tasks if a General Assembly member cannot. This involves a general understanding of what each Board of Director rank means so that they can answer any question from the Trial Elective. The Chief of Education and Learning will also conduct reports on how many trial electives passed/failed, and send the report to Foundation for further details.
Chief of Statistics will oversee the Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of Management. They will work closely with both roles in ensuring that MOTM/TOTM is done effectively and that everyone is voting fairly on these matters. They will also assist the Secretary of Management and the Director of Development in ensuring that the PT’s are being tracked correctly, working on improving how Interpol can remain one of the biggest agencies within Habbo. Along with working with the Director of Development, Chief of Statistics could work alongside the Director of Domestic Affairs in writing a report on how many LOA’s have been taken in the current month, compared to the same time in the previous month. They could also give this report to the Secretary of Personnel if the figure is higher to see if there is a common theme as to why there is a large number on LOA.
The Chief of Public Affairs is responsible for overseeing the Secretary of Diplomacy and the External Affairs and Relations of the agency. They will help oversee the Relations Unit and work to create positive relationships with other agencies through interacting with other agencies personally and aiding the Foundation in any external-facing situations or discussions they may request assistance on.
The Chief of Internal Operations oversees the Secretary of Affairs by understanding the inner-workings of each affairs and making sure they all run smoothly. The Chief of Internal Operations will work alongside Secretary of Affairs, and each Board of Director rank corresponding to an affairs team. The Chief of Internal Operation will partake and host in discussions regarding each affairs team and make a report in which they will work with Foundation to come up with a solution if there is a problem. The Chief of Internal Operations also oversees Internal Affairs and discuss with members as to what the next steps are for case files. At the end of the month, the Chief of Internal Operations will conduct a report of how active IA members are, the amount of cases IA has done/in the works of doing, and a thorough report of how each IA member feels about the team. From there, they will send the report to Foundation.
The Chief of External Operations is responsible for all external matters at Interpol, which includes working with the Relations Unit, the Recruitment Team within Human Resources, and External Events with the Events Team.
The Chief of Progression is solely responsible for ensuring regular promotions and incentives are carried out as to expectations by carrying out regular checks on promotion rates of LR/HR. It is imperative that the Chief of Progression ensures that each LR/HR member who are delivering above standards are shown the recognition as deserved by ensuring these promotions and incentives are put in place. The Chief of Progression is also responsible for incentivising our hard working LR/HR members with Worker of the Week, Promoter of the Week, Worker of the Month and Promoter of the Month.
The Chief of Content is responsible for overseeing operations on our public-facing website, including overseeing the Web Admins. They will be responsible for ensuring the website is up-to-date and all requested updates are published in a timely manner. The Chief of Content will also create and/or update training materials for new Web Admins and ensure all web admins understand and properly edit the website. They will also keep in touch with Foundation, Affairs Teams, INT Departments, Donator Logs and Work Units to ensure their management and team information are up-to-date. This includes working with the Director of Training and the Director of Documentation to ensure their work is added to the website when complete.
The Chief of Administration oversees the Secretary of Admin by participating in doing a vast majority of the activity logs. At the end of the month, the Chief of Administration will send a report to the foundation team regarding which divisions are successful, and which need more work. The Chief of Administration will be there for the Secretary of Admin if they need any other help regarding checking for inactive members, LOA approvals, or portal checking as a whole.
General Assembly
The Secretary of Personnel is responsible in maintaining a positive morale amongst both lower and higher ranking members. They are there to ensure that all members are looked after and their voices are being heard, as well as promoting / prolonging base population. They work alongside the Director of Standards in conducting monthly surveys to gather public opinion on Interpol.
The Secretary of Leadership is in charge of monitoring the progress of Leadership and OOA ranked members. With assistance from the Director of OOA (and the Director of Command), they work to set tasks for members in order to test and develop their Leadership skills. They keep track of the potential leaders and see how they perform in their tasks whilst also observing other activities that they may be involved in.
The Secretary of Labour oversees general Interpol logs, which includes promotions, training and transfers. They keep track of and overview the promotions, training logs and transfers, making sure that they are being given out in an orderly manner, and in accordance with the guidelines and rules, working closely with the Directors of Training and Transfer to do this.
The Secretary of Management works to manage behind-the-scenes aspects of Interpol. An example of this is that they help to manage the Pay Tokens, which involves making sure that everything is logged correctly and also monitoring the progress of trial PT admins. They may assist and guide the Director of Development in these roles.
The Secretary of Diplomacy is responsible for overseeing the External Affairs and Relations of the agency. They will help oversee the Relations Unit and help foster positive relationships with other agencies by coming up with ways for Interpol to develop our relationship with our allies and beyond. The Secretary of Diplomacy will also be involved with the Transfer Team, where they will work with the Secretary of Labour to ensure offers and guidelines are in the best interest of Interpol’s relations and to ensure all agreements with allies are being honoured in the transfer process. They will report to the Chief of Public Affairs.
The Secretary of Finance is in charge of handling the finances of Interpol i.e, the incoming finances towards Interpol. SoF will be working closely with the Financial Team in making sure that all the donations and items purchased are properly tracked, if the donors are rewarded with the right perks and ensuring that no one is abusing the system. They are responsible for coming up with innovative ideas to help the funding of pay and events hosted in Interpol.
The Secretary of Admin is charged with completing Interpol administrative work, which includes badge removals, reviewing LOA requests, and taking care of token resets on the portal. The Secretary guides the Director of Domestic Affairs on infractions, as well as the aforementioned roles.
Board of Directors
The Director of Recruitment works on maintaining activity in base, engaging with the Interpolians to keep them engaged and involved. They focus on bringing new members into Interpol by externally recruiting people from a variety of public rooms such as the Coffee House. They encourage other members to attempt external recruiting by teaching them the basics and giving them tips, also making sure that nobody poaches members from agency rooms. The Director works closely with the Recruitment Team to increase the rate of new recruits throughout Interpol, as well as promoting the Affairs Team.
The Dir of Employment works along with the HR team and is responsible for ensuring that the employees of Interpol are content and happy being a part of the family. They are to keep an eye out for any suggestions made by the members in the server and discussed with the right authority to implement or decline their ideas. The Director of Employment will act as a main bridge between the electives and non iC members, making sure all their suggestions and complaints are dealt with properly and professionally.
The Director of Standards acts as a representative for the lower ranks at Interpol and is closely affiliated with the Buddy Project. Their role revolves around making sure that all new members feel comfortable at Interpol, and make sure that they have a great experience working at our agency. They may interview lower ranked members to ask how their experience has been so far, inquiring about any improvements they have, any issues that they may have encountered etc.
The Director of Training is responsible for working on reviewing all of the training scripts and handbooks, making sure that they are up to date. They analyse the scripts and come up with improvements to shorten and simplify the script, making sure that it is clear and concise – easy for new members to understand. The Director also supervises training sessions, providing feedback to trainers and suggesting improvements to ensure that their training is as smooth and efficient as possible.
The Director of Events works with the Interpol Events team to oversee the events team in the planning of Interpol or alliance events, and this director will have most decision-making authority, implying that we trust this individual enough to ensure that our agency has a well-planned event and that the decisions made by this individual are correct. The Director may work with the Relation Unit and the Event Team in order to assist in the planning of large events with our Allies.
The Dir of Entertainment works closely with the Interpol Media team assisting the Media Team Management in overseeing the team. The Director of Entertainment have the rights to make suggestions and give their ideas to help improve the team. They have the right to assist in the decision making process for any changes to be made within the media team. Dir of Entertainment can work along with the events management to bring in fun and exciting activities for the Interpol members and allies to participate.
The Director of Relations works with the Interpol Relations Unit to form alliances with other agencies and maintain strong relationships with current allies. They will be privy to information regarding plans for future alliances, will help to create documents that finalise alliances, and will be present at inter-agency meetings to negotiate details of any alliances. The Director may work with the Events Team and the Relations Unit to help plan big events with our Allies.
The Director of Transfers is involved in managing all transfer related aspects of Interpol, working under the Secretary of Labour. The Director is involved in the Transfer Management team. They help to make guidelines for potential agencies and work with the Director of Training to make sure that the Transfer Handbooks are up to date. In addition to this, they oversee the transfer channels on Discord, ensuring that all transfers and returns are logged, and done so correctly. Moreover, they work on collecting statistics based on transfer success, members transferred from certain agencies etc. that enable them to improve the guidelines accordingly.
The Director of Reinstatement is responsible for overseeing the Returns process for members returning to Interpol from another agency or retirement. They are responsible for ensuring all return offers are made according to the guidelines and are logged correctly. They will work closely with the Director of Transfers on the Transfer Management team and with the Director of Training to ensure Transfer Training scripts are up-to-date with the current Returns process.
They will report to the Secretary of Labour.
The Director of Command works to set tasks for Leadership members to complete, collaborating with the Secretary of Leadership when necessary to do so. They also keep track of Leadership division promotions of those who have completed the tasks.
The Director of OOA is responsible for setting various and challenging tasks for members of the OOA division. They will also keep track of promotions given to OOA members who have successfully completed the tasks. The Director may work with the Secretary of Leadership in doing this.
The Dir of Documentation ensures that all the documents used by Interpol are updated with the latest information. They are responsible for making sure that all the content on the website is up to date and is of proper formal language. The Dir of Documentation will be working with the Training Centre as well assisting them in updating the scripts when required. In addition to that, they have the right to suggest and prepare guides to be added to the website if proven to be beneficial for the members of Interpol.
The Director of Cooperation plays a pivotal role in enhancing collaboration within the INT Agency by fostering strong relationships with allied agencies. The position is essential for organising joint initiatives, promoting community engagement, and ensuring seamless communication across alliances. They will be the key facilitator for discussions and activities that strengthen our community bonds. The Director will work closely with the Director of Relations as well as the Relations Unit.
The Director of Development focuses on coming up with suggestions to improve Interpol. They interview other members and discuss their recommendations, liaising with Interpolians and Electives to carry them out. They may compile and collate statistics to measure growth in certain areas e.g. room population, recruitment rate, member count, amongst others. Furthemore, the Director of Development will work with the Secretary of Management to look over reward badge management.
The Director of Domestic Affairs is in charge of managing the administrative work with the Secretary of Admin. The Director helps out with portal and in-base work including badge removals, LOA approvals and updating tokens onto the portal. Furthermore, they assist the Secretary of Admin in checking submitted infractions, approving them when required.
GENERAL DUTIES
Whilst each Elective position has unique roles related to their rank, there are certain responsibilities that every single Elective shares. All Electives are involved in exchanging tokens to credits and ranks for members. General Assembly members and above that are ranks sellers are also able to convert credits to ranks. Other universal in-base tasks that these ranks share is vouch pay token logs for members who have met the requirements, promoting deserving members, as well as training and transferring when needed. All of these ranks are also involved in mentoring Leadership and OOA members.
