What is Human Resources?
The Human Resources (HR) unit focuses on welcoming and guiding new members at Interpol. It is made up of two key roles:
- Recruiters, who bring in new members from inside and outside the agency.
- Advisors, who support new recruits and help them adjust through the Buddy Project.
This unit gives experienced members the chance to pass on their knowledge and play an active role in the agency’s growth.
Requirements to join
- Recruiters and Advisors must have been in Interpol for min. 5 days
- Active around Habbo / Discord
- Must be sociable, friendly and helpful
For Buddies:
- Can join while being in Standard to Top Management Division
For Recruiters:
- Must be ranked Rapid Response Unit or above
For Advisors:
- Must be in Top Management Division or above
Monthly Tasks
All HR members (Recruiters & Advisors) are expected to complete tasks to remain in the unit and avoid inactivity warnings & Strikes.
- At least 1 task must be submitted by the 15th of each month
- More tasks can be completed to earn points, which can be exchanged for rewards
Points System
HR members earn points by completing tasks. These points can be exchanged for rewards:
20 points = 1 promotion
OR
20 points = 5 pay tokens (added through the portal)
Points and tasks are tracked by the HR Overseer or relevant leadership.
